Since the Fluendo website is hosted outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the same protection measures may not be used as in your country. You can choose whether you want to use our Services or not. However, if you want to use these Services, you must accept our Terms of Service, which establish the terms of the agreement. To the extent that Fluendo must transfer your information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Fluendo will rely on the fact that such transfer is necessary for the provision of our Services according to the agreement made.
