3. PURPOSES AND ASSIGNMENTS
Purposes. Your data will be used for the management of your subscription and use of our software products. We will also provide you with information concerning your subscription and send promotional campaigns according to your interests, concerning the use of the Codec Pack, The Fluendo ONEPLAY Suite, LongoMatch or any other product of ours. We may communicate with you three or four times a month, unless urgently required by exceptional circumstances (such as security issues that require immediate action).
We may collect information of your use of the website, your download of software and your interaction with the software for the purpose of analyzing only as aggregate information what campaign has more success, the patterns of research and other relevant information to improve our products. The basis for this use is our legitimate interest to improve our products and offerings. Individual data will be discarded no later than one year after collection or transformed into anonymous data.
4. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, block, limit and oppose any processing of your personal data. When ticking the option of ‘I give my consent to receive product and promotional information from Fluendo’, you are giving consent to receive communications via email, containing promotional information of our products and of those of our partners in the same or related sectors (software products, media products). Consent to receive the newsletter is entirely optional and refusal to consent will not lead to any other consequences than not receiving it. You may opt out at any time through the unsubscribe link in the email or by sending us an email at contact@fluendo.com.

This website contains links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by Fluendo. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites.
